User Experience (UX) is a process that involves Competitive Analysis, creation of personas, task flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are used to create a product that reflects the user's needs.
I use UCD to base the decisions I make throughout each stage of the design process. All the process that involve usability goals, user characteristics, environment, tasks and workflow of a product, service or process will have extensive attention.
User experience is the series of screens, pages, and visual elements through which people interact with your product or service to achieve their needs and goals. UI is important to have a successful online presence.
